SENSOTERIC is a EU HORIZON funded project that aims at the development of smart, multi-functional, and reconfigurable sensor technologies.
Our great consortium, including NaMLab, TU Dresden, TU Darmstadt, TU Wien, Global TCAD Solutions, TU Eindhoven, University of Bordeaux, and EPFL, is ready to start a 4-years long research journey to investigate the use of Reconfigurable Field Effect Transistors (RFETs) and their outstanding features in the exciting field of sensor electronic.
